@whatwoulddexterdo I am so sorry. We just don't have dogs for long enough. Your goldie was clearly loved, adored and had the best possible life with you, his family- you have to try to take comfort in that. ❤️
As my Dan Johns 10,000 swing kettlebell challenge is ending this weekend (loved it), I have decided to do an "anti-osteopororis" day every week for the next two months, with 1-2 heavier lifts (with proper 3min+ rests) and some plyometrics. I did barbell RDL today, having been practising semi-seriously for a couple of weeks. I lifted 55, 60, 65, 70 x 8 then 75kg x 5 reps- finally exceeding my bodyweight again. It was deeply satisfying. Also did some farmer's carries when my grip had recovered, and a favourite old 30min plyo workout (not Caroline).!
Back to cgx this week. I am going to do a heavier upper and heavier lower from Intent or Iron Pro on Monday and Tuesday (any recs?), and hopefully a third more metabolic full body one. I really loved Unleash Day 24 with allll the makers last week so might do that again!
