I think I must be banned from the Facebook group as I can’t find it. I’m sure I used to belong to it. What’s it called?
I have 10kg weights, yeah, and I have a 12 kg kettle bell. That’s my max at the mo. I was lifting much heavier with bar bells in the gym but much fewer reps. I did a full body session yesterday and I’m not sure if it’s ruined me or if I’m getting ill as I’ve felt achy all day. I really don’t think you need to lift heavy to get the benefit - I have some proper arm guns these days. I presume I also have leg guns but it’s a lot harder to see that as I hold a lot of lard in that area.
