Doing my first park run tomorrow 🏃‍♀️

Im nervous, im going on my own as husband will have children. Never been before. I never thought id ever want to do one! I had a PT last year and she said about me doing them, so did couch to 5k with her, took much longer but run a few 5 k now and going to go to first parkrun tomorrow

Did you do any stretching afterwards? Have yourself a nice warm bath and do some gentle stretching afterwards. Aim to do some light exercise tomorrow - walking or swimming and it should go off in a day or 2.
Yes i did some stretches but maybe should have done more, thank you for advice

DOMS

It might have been the big hill! It will have used muscles you don't use as much on the flat. It will have gone by next Saturday Smile
