Hello,
Just need a bit of advice really,
I have two young DC's, my youngest is 3 months!
Nows the time I'd like to start shedding some weight - I know I'm not huge (I'm a size 12-14 and pre baby I was a 10-12) I have a bit of a wobbly belly going on which I'd like to lose - it used to be quite flat!
I'm eating healthily, and just started some home workouts..afterwards I literally feel like I'm going to pass out, my chest and throat burns and I ache all over, feel sick etc.
Will it eventually get easier or am I just stupidly unfit that it's going to take forever?
I walk everyday and push a pram but because I have my other DC with me (3 yo) I'm walking at a snails pace so never really work up a sweat
