30 day Ab challenge - anyone else!?

I have just completed day one of the 30 day Ab challenge. I have started it lots of times and never completed it, so mostly started this thread for a bit of accountability but also hopefully some company!
I have had 2 caesareans in the last 3 years so my stomach muscles could definitely do with some help! I am also disabled following an accident and therefore am fairly limited in what exercise is available to me!! So really want to achieve this

Thanks for the video, will check it out. My youngest is nearly 6 so I didn't give birth recently! But I haven't done anything to try and tone up until now. If I eat too much I look a bit pregnant and my tummy will stick out more on one side than the other.

You can repair it @TooMinty you just need to do specific exercises that will help the deep muscles. Just read up on it!

Cheers!

I've had a good feel and decided mine aren't separated, I think they are just weak and more so on one side (where I carried when pregnant) so Ab Challenge should help build them up!

Mine are definitely weak - two pregnancies, two c sections plus 4 months in a hospital bed have knackered them. But just completed day 14!

Good work! It's getting tough now but I'm determined to finish... Just had a peak at Beginner Level 2 and it has more variety so will probably do that afterwards too. Trying to get into an exercise routine!

Finished level 1! And started level 2 - think I'm addicted...
