Reducing hip and waist fat in middle age

Wondering how to delete this fat! Pic included.
I think I’m peri menopausal. I’m nearly 50 with a BMI at the heavier end of the healthy BMI category. I’m probably somewhere in between pear and hourglass shape with short narrower waist, small shoulders and wide hips.
At the moment, I do my exercise bike till I’m sweaty for 30 mins each day and go out for a walk. I eat 3 meals a day and don’t snack.
So how can I shift this hip and waist fat? Anti exercise or other tips appreciated.

Unless you want to spend all day exercising, you will have to make changes to your diet.

Sadly you can't choose where fat will come off so you'd have to lose some weight to get rid of the jean jiggles.
make a diary of what you're eating and make sure your portion sizes are good (My dh wondered why he wasn't losing weight ''eating healthy'' - I pointed out he was actually eating healthy for roughly 3/4 people not just himself :) ) It's such an easy thing to do.
Do some exercise for toning the whole body on top of what you already do - Kettle bells are my go to. HIIT is a good fat burner too.

Try yoga - there are movements for strength, cardio, and core strength. If you learn how to fo a routine plus fast asthanas it should help a lot with a good diet
