How did you start? Been trying one minute run, one minute jog, one minute walk and repeat for half hour but I am so tired.

Also I am by a park now but moving to an area where I will be on a B road and only partial pavement.

Should I get a running machine or try to find a cross country route?

Great going Daisy!

I’ve just done 4.5k on the treadmill. Afterwards, I stretch my quads (stand on one leg, leg that’s lifted folds behind you so your foot can touch your bum. Keep body straight, and try to tip hips forward to get a bigger stretch, you’ll feel it along the front of your leg/thigh).

Calf stretches, hamstring stretches, and glute stretches (these are the most beneficial for me), you can google them all. Yoga also great for stretching the muscles out.

Yes! That's what I just bought a shock absorber bra and OMG I have not run without being in pain since I was 10 and went through puberty! Now I am doing my C25K
