I really need to start being healthier. I am not overweight, but am a bit flabby on parts. I am almost fully recovered from binge eating disorder and am intent on being healthy.
I have bought a new pair of running shoes. Did 2 miles today! (then ate lots of cake
). Will be starting tomorrow. Also want to cut down on meat intake a bit, and processed foods. So basically eat healthy and exercise more.
Will log a daily food and exercise diary. Anyone care to join me??
