I really need to start being healthier. I am not overweight, but am a bit flabby on parts. I am almost fully recovered from binge eating disorder and am intent on being healthy.

I have bought a new pair of running shoes. Did 2 miles today! (then ate lots of cake Blush). Will be starting tomorrow. Also want to cut down on meat intake a bit, and processed foods. So basically eat healthy and exercise more.

Will log a daily food and exercise diary. Anyone care to join me??

So, DP has just been shopping. Bought sweets. And loads of red meat. Looks like this week may go terribly Confused

So, today has been awful.
Breakfast - shreddies
Lunch - cheese sandwich, cheesy pasta, giant donut, 2 cookies & a banana split Blush
Tea - ready meal pasta bake

No exercise Blush

Another one here! I'm heading for the big 50 and I don't want to be you-know-what and 50! Had a stone to lose, went back to gym 2 weeks ago (first time in a year) and lost nearly half a stone but hate excercise and hate watching what I eat!

What I find works for me is having my breakfast after the gym near lunchtime (yoghurt, sugar-free granola, fresh berries & flax seed). A salad around 4, then a filling soup for dinner with some fruit. Will relax if we're at a restaurant over the weekend though.

Hi Around!

So, todays been a mixed day (yesterday was awful again Blush). For breakfast I had 2 poached egg and a wholemeal roll. Lunch was a prawn mayo wholemeal sandwich, some fruit and veg sticks. Then I had a chocolate bar, a Muller rice pudding and some orange juice. Tea was a lamb curry with rice and veg. Then had some sweets and an ice cream and a bit of leftover baked baguette from dh.

I also ran 2 miles without stopping AT ALL for the first time ever!!

I'm hoping tomorrow will be better.

How has everyone else's day been?
