That's it really. I think I've got in with the wrong crowd at my running club who all seem to workout 2 or more hours a day. Please tell me I'm not the only one not doing that.

I'm with Flower and Suzanne too. Both adequate sleep and adequate exercise are important for mental and physical well-being. Yes, exercise gives an energy boost but when you're not getting enough sleep then you should prioritise sleep over exercise, or at least to the same degree.

I'd happily use our local leisure centre's creche now DS is a bit older but its inspection report is worrying so I'm not happy leaving him there, which is a shame.

Struggle because I work FT and have DD 3. Weekends are strictly family time. My hours are fitted into 4 days so long.

I do 2 x 1 hour sessions with a trainer at the gym at lunch. Walk 10 000 steps min. 1 small run at weekend with DD and DH on bike, then try to fit in active family activity.
