Running with poor pelvic floor- what is your solution

So my pelvic floor isn't great after two vaginal deliveries, one that was forceps. I do my exercises (prob too late)

I'm running again and it is often difficult to control. I've tried tena lady (well the Aldi version) but sometimes that becomes sodden and then I have a great lump in my pants.

Is there anything I can do?

I actually cried when I found this thread, ladies ;(
Three children - 12, 10 & 6 - I can't run, jump or laugh excessively or I pee myself. I'm 36 and so embarressed, far too embarressed to even mention it to my husband or friends. I've previously had third degree tearing and second, and I've just been hoping things would improve...today I decided I've had enough. This can't go on!

I know this is an old thread but wonder how anyone’s getting on? Did the excercises work? I’m feeling pretty desperate. I had got it under control but I’m running more now- training for a half marathon and I’m wet every bloody time. I know it won’t be a quick fix but I’ve got to get on top of this. I don’t want to give up my sport! (40 year old- 3 dcs 1 third degree tear).

@gussiegrips I'm late to the weeparty but found this through search. I hope you get this message! Can you please tell me if running makes a weakened PV weaker? I run 3 times a week and don't pee myself at all but have other symptoms of a weakening PV and am now paranoid about making it worse (I'm also the most squeamish person in the world so am feeling totally yucky about it) Please answer as I am getting lots of conflicting advice!! Thanks so much xxx
