disastrous week for me! Rooney was my Cpt and I have Pearce (Reading) so match postponed. Grrrrr!

I had Rooney as my captain too. I am doing dismally so far - the lowest ranking I have ever had. Need to do some seriously reshuffling. Glad we now have a reasonable turn out though.

I know, I had a rule last year to not have any Manu players, this year I had three, I've transferred one out, the other is crocked for god k ows how long. I mIght switch my captain to kompany. At least he's likely to get a game every week.

Remember you get on free transfer a week and you have a wild card week. You can change your entire team for free once a season by using your wild card.

So far my top scorer is Vorm I goal for Swansea.

Yes I have Vorm too - did last season. I swapped Aguero for Torres this week and I have them to thank for my points! Bale was good for point last season too.

So what do we think about the transfer window closing tonight? Anyone making any changes? Carroll going to west ham was a bit of a surprise, but I guess he just doesn't feature in Brendan's plans.

My original team is Celtic - I am a blue by adoption.

The theory in Glasgow is that as a Celtic fan i should be a United fan - but it hasn't worked out like that, and I am considered a bit of an oddity at home.

I think Rangers will struggle to adjust this season, but they should start the long climb back up the divisions.
