I used to uber fit. Now I'm fat!! Help make me a schedule to get fab again!!

Today is the day I get my body back!!!
I used to be an 8 /10 and in the last two years I have put on 2 1/2 stone and now a good 14.

Here's what I love doing exercise wise
mountain biking - treks
some road biking
gym
some classes
archery
caving
swim
I have promised a friend I will go running with him
I occassionly rock climb.

Any ideas how I can make a programme that will get me slim again? - of course i am addressing food and drink intake.
At the moment it all seems daunting, as if I'm an impossible challenge.

I want to be a good deal fitter for when I go to Spain in October.

Did 45 mins treadmill and bike on harder levels, when i'd finished was as high as a kite. Is this the endorphin effect? If so, loving it.

How was the biking upahill?

Having to take tonight off due to vast itchy sweat rash that has mutated over my body. The pharmacist gave me some cream and gently suggested talc for when it clears up. Talc? Really?

MABS Sounds like you are toning a lot! One of the girls at work told me today that she can really notice the change in my shape. Walked about with a huge grin all day.

Off to the gym in an hour or so, DC's are having tea with their GP's so having child-free night till 8pm. Such a good day today. Grin

I've dropped out of the loop abit with personal stuff going on.
However kids back at school tomorrow, I start a new job next week so I should be able to get back on track.

Going for another mountain bike ride tomorrow and will hopefully be at kettlebell training tomorrow night.

Well I went to Spinning class today for the first time
Hell's Bells, that was tough!!

Then went to Pilates afterwards (another first)

Cycling got cancelled this morning due to the high wind.

I've got my shifts for my new job next week and it's 9 - 5 all week which is a shame (and going to take some getting used to)

I was begining to like my day classes!

I have always worked erratic hours so hopefully in a few weeks I'll be back to doing that then I can get out on my mountain bike in the mornings again.

i really loved Zumba, such a feel good uplifting class, honest! and the music is great, very fast latin american :)

My pt sessions are going really well (he is VERY fit ;-) which helps) not losing weight but did some measurements and losing inches all over so very chuffed.

Hi MABS and Katie,
How's it going.
I started a new job this week and it is going to be shifts but I'm just on days at the moment so not sure how I'm going to fit things in.
I've been cycling in but it is only a mile each way but it has been terribly windy and it is up hill half the way and down the other half!
