No, not yet, but soon. Just 24 more sleeps until we legally leave the EU at 11pm on 31 January and finally enter the transition period after what seems like centuries of argument, dither and delay. London is the centre of Govt for the whole country. The whole country instructed Westminster in London to carry out Brexit. Time for London to accept that it acts on our behest and not the other way round and graciously board the Brexit bus.
