I think that BJ's denials of the need for documentation between NI and Britain, despite the confirmation by both Civil Servants and his own Brexit Secretary is, in this case and this case alone , illustrative of his inability to read and understand the briefs that explain what he has agreed to. He may genuinely believe that the "fantastic" deal that he has negotiated doesn't involve any checks or documentation despite all the evidence to the contrary - but if he does, then that does not bode well for his attention to detail in future negotiations

The lead Brexit envoy in the UK’s embassy in Washington has resigned, saying she can no longer “peddle half-truths” on behalf of political leaders she does not trust.

Alexandra Hall Hall sent a resignation letter earlier this week, warning that there were increasing demands being placed on civil servants not to be “fully honest” with the public.

It comes as leaked internal documents show there will be customs checks and controls between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, despite claims by Boris Johnson that there would not be.

The Government has also been forced to issue a series of denials that aspects relating to the NHS would be on the table in US trade talks despite some evidence that meetings are already taking place.

A spokesperson for the Foreign Office confirmed the news, first reported by CNN, and said: “We won’t comment on the detail of an individual’s resignation.”

Alexandra Hall Hall is trending on twitter - but it is being absolutely drowned in pornbots.
I've noticed pornbots cropping up on every anti-tory hashtag thread I've seen (and there are multiple on trending every day) but never to this degree.
Whoever send out the porn bots, in order to overwhelm the signal, is worried about this one.

Oh - and the thing about the cancelled stump speech in Rochester, warned by the police to do so? Apparently there were 5 protesters carrying 'tories out' banners. Proper high risk, life and death stuff.

Crikey, I’d never heard of pornbots, when did I change from punk rocker to innocent old lady? But just looked at The Joseph McCann stuff on twitter and it was also full of pornbots which is horribly offensive, given his crimes. What is that all about?

I emailed my (fabulous) current MP a week ago to tell him he could use my garden for his purpose. He has an excellent track record and voting history. Has served his community very well, including fixing flooding issues (which actually included my street) I got the usual reply of 'Parliament is now dissolved and we are not responding to emails' however, I came home from work today to find 2 splendid chaps hammering huge "Re-elect your Labour MP" signs into my garden (they asked if there was anywhere off limits - I said no, just go for your lives)
Hoping it helps and makes people think.

I'm losing it with those dickheads on that other thread,...preaching to ME about NI when my parents were founders of NICTA and acting like the fucking Tories are harmless compared to JC when the fucking Tories got into bed with the political wing of the people who killed my first boyfriend!!
