Just for balance, y'know, during the election period Smile

Fuck you for the corrupt racist lying bastard you are. I know you don't give a shit about our country - our laws, our democracy, our standards. I know the NHS is on the table.

I know you will end up like Trump - disgraced and vilified.

I think the thing we have to remember here is that Boris Johnson has been endorsed by the electorate. Among those voters will be people like my Dad who was always a traditional Labour voter. ...but feared a Corbyn Govt. An awful lot of other people voted the same way.

To keep that a loyalty then there will have to be some left of centre changes . I don’t like Boris Johnson, I wasn’t keen on Corbyn either and tbh now it’s been a week I am relieved we finally have a majority Govt who can actually achieve stuff. I might not agree with all of it (am sure I will be very opinionated about some of it) but at least we won’t be standing still.

Peregrina · 18/12/2019 13:16

Sometimes standing still is the best option. I don't know if it works when you are being chased by a bull, but it's no bad thing to stop and stand still when running towards a cliff edge.

Hi there,
We're going to lock this for a bit. We understand that feelings are running high post-election and we've been keen to let the conversation continue but it might be time to give this thread some breathing space.
