There is little talk of this really.
Would a deal where:
- The UK leaves the customs union so it is able to arrange its own trade deals.
- Industries with cross border supply chains are granted special access in both countries.
- The UK still pays some sort of fee into the EU for this access.
- The UK can set numbers on EU immigration based upon figures required by industry.
- There is a seperate ISDS court for UK/EU rulings.
Would that suit?
