I have been working so hard today. Some of the positions I was looking forward to applying this year have been put on hold or scuppered altogether. I have worked very hard for the last few years. Guess I need to keep going because it's all out of my control. But I need to get over the resentment I am feeling for this if I need results.

The hold is because of the uncertainty and because majority of these businesses have been bleeding money due to fall in £. So everyone is holding tight and trying not to expand.
I am lucky in that I have the advantage of age and havehad babies. It's just that I thought now was the time to get benefits of the hard work rather than breaking it even.
