Am I unreasonable to be pissed off the Remain campaign lied/exaggerated

I have been following the brexit in the news and I voted remain, because I was worried my job in an multinational would be lost.

Since then the company has NO intention of moving despite bosses telling us to vote remain. I was told by remain campaigners and by pro eu people the uk would be in recession and that hundreds of thousands of jobs would be lost etc etc.

None of this is true at all now a few months has passed we haven't heard of really much impact. The ftse is up, employment is up and today construction is better then expected. House prices have dipped a little bit 2-3% but are expecting to rise again after Xmas.

The govt should be investigating both sides for being deceitful but especially remain. Yes the stock markets crashed the days after but apart from that nothing has changed and consumer confidence is at an all time high.

I would have voted leave if I'd of known and so would have many people I know who were feared into voting remain.

You're jumping the gun a bit there, at least wait for article 50 to actually be triggered, preferably until we have actually left. It will be years before we know.

Shouldn't you be relieved that you get to keep your job and despite voting for what you feel was the wrong side, the side you now favour won.

You do realise that we haven't actually committed to leaving the EU yet, that's why things have bounced back up, although I will grant you that whilst the currency falling is annoying for holiday booking, it does seem to have helped British exports.

I believe this is a bubble. I'll be cashing my bank shares in pretty soon as once parliament is back properly and it all starts to unravel, I don't think it will be pretty.

Yes I do know we haven't left but the remain campaign were claiming that we would feel the effect immediately like Tim Farron said the day after its worse then we imagined/warned.

But we did feel the effect immediately. The pound plummeted and so did most share prices. The majority are still below their pre referendum value.

I know very little about financial systems but I'm pretty sure whether you own shares is irrelevant, low share prices and crashes in stock markets have a wider effect beyond costing those that own the shares any money

The pound is up a whole 3 p from its deepest low - hardly a sparkling recovery. The economy is doing well for now because the pound is so weak. For the rest of it - it's been two months, we haven't left yet, negotiations haven't started because no-one knows what to negotiate on. The kindest way to describe the current situation is chaotic inertia.

What's your pension invested in? Shares.

Even if you've only just been auto-enrolled into a stake holder pension it is invested in shares.

We haven't left yet. Cameron had said he'd trigger article 50 immediately on the Friday before the result. He didn't. No one has a clue what is going to happen.

Yes but like the pound shares are rising. Yes it's still lower but it is making a recovery.

The pound is makingi To way back up again (slowly and not against all currencies) because Brexit isn't actually happening yet. As soon as things start to change, the economic effects will be felt. Virtually all economists agree on this.

It's not a ringing endorsement of sterling's strength is it.

Hardly any economic data post-Brexit has been released yet. The mortgage approval numbers released this week are well down which is a sign of things to come...
