Is she good news?

She seems to be another one who has come from nowhere to take advantage of this brexit catastrophe. Has she been helicoptered in by the blairite centre left? Does she know what she is doing? Do we think she will succeed at ousting Jeremy Corbyn?

I'm off to google her because I really don't know much about her yet...

I like her. There are others I would prefer.

Ken Livingston said she's "real labour" on radio 4 today.

She's a Blairite, pro-Iraq war, pro-austerity, anti-democratic back stabber.

I wasn't overly inpresswd by her during the referendum debates and sadly i think her sexuality would be up for discussion in the press

Angela has been an MP for many years and has held positions in both the cabinet and shadow cabinet.

She was also on the ballot for deputy leader last year.

In all honesty under the current system no one would win against Corbyn because of the £3 entriests.

Imo I believe the party will split.

I like her. But not sure she has the right qualities to be leader. Good luck to her though, the sooner labour sort themselves out and can provide opposition the better.

When I said that she appears to have come from nowhere, I meant- in terms of her ambitions to be leader, not her shadow cabinet experience. I agree though - she seems petrified and on the verge of tears. What could be going on?

Does Labour have ANYONE who is states(wo)man-like enough to lead the Party and win a GE? Or would the members block this?

She started crying during an interview on TV about the whole Corbyn thing. Sorry, but she comes across as an emotional idiot & I wouldn't want her in charge of anything.
Plus she's got zero charm & charisma, she actually makes Michael Gove look exciting.

From what I've seen, I don't think she's leadership material. I think they're just getting her to stand so other potential candidates throw their hats into the ring.
