MCCarthy Stone- what's your view?

Elderly parents in law thinking of a McCarthy Stone place. What do you think?

Is it good or bad? Are they financially worth it?
Do you lose money?

While it might well be stressful sorting out the sale of the property when you're grieving, I'd argue it can be much more stressful trying to support an elderly parent in their own home, rather than in one of these properties where everything is so much easier for them to manage.
