When my dc's were small they loved to put on puppet shows. When they got older they loved to make movies.

Probably not, as thecaty has younger children as I recall but they do grow! My dd made that film with her friends a few years ago. They thought it was funny when they made it but even funnier now that they see all the inaccuracies-f.e. they thought to cover the microwave but not the refrigerator; went to the trouble of finding a cuckoo clock and then zoomed in on a wristwatch!

My kids have made films since they were 5 an8 with my camera that has a motion option, lots of fun.

Wow, thecaty-that's pretty impressive! There's no way I would have handed my camera over to a five year old so lucky for me this was an interest that developed in the teen years. One of these guys went into film school so it was really his interest that drove the group but they made some pretty big productions as a result-mainly spaghetti westerns.
