Conditional order

Hi,

do you get notified as soon as the conditional order is applied for? Or only when approved? The online tracker doesnt have a tick against the conditional order, but I am confused why the Ex hasnt applied for it. Do you get an email reminder?

Hello, I applied for a conditional order and received it but it was quite some time ago and now I can’t find it. Does anyone know what you can do if you have lost the conditional order please? I never finalised it as we haven’t sorted anything financially and I can’t afford to take it to court. It all feels such a mess and I just want it all over with.
