Yes it was a cold case wasn't it ?
He was only caught through DNA after commiting a minor crime .

Yes he was
There was a documentary about the murder last year apparently he was acting so strangely that another women waiting for a bus decided to get a black cab home.

I remember when I was 15 in 1986 reading in the news about 4 year old
Kimberley Carlile who was starved and beaten to death in Greenwich. She had told her mother she wanted to die because of her step dad assaulting her.
