Do you not keep up with the news OP? We are at war. Your street - well your drive to be more specific - has been annexed and is now part of the Ukraine. Do you speak Ukrainian by any chance? If not, it might be a good idea to upload Duolingo and get cracking. If you speak Russian you’ll probably get by and at a pinch Polish is a little similar to Ukrainian. I’d not be touching that tank though. Just work around it. It’ll probably just be there till they install a permanent border so a few months and it’ll more than likely move on.
