I think spending was about £10 today in a combination of Sainsbury’s and the grocery shop.

Mum fine again today 🙏
Just ordered shampoo and body wash from Amazon for her £18 . It's great shampoo , it's called Nilaqua and you just squirt it on and towel it off and dry it as normal . Better still Mum loves me doing it bless her ❤️ proper pamper session.
My friend called in for a cuppa , she's just been diagnosed with pre Diabetes , high cholesterol, high BP and hypothyroidism. She is 58 . I was shocked when she told me she is so fit and healthy perfect BMI exercises 3 to 4 times a week. Kettle bells the lot .
I couldn't believe it, l really couldn't. She only went to the Dr for HRT 😱
Thank God she went and they found it out . Her BP was 210/145 😱.
I said to her she could have had a stroke and she had no symptoms bless her . She's ok now they have sorted her out poor thing . She's off to Australia next month too 🤔.
I am sure she will be ok though now she's in the proper medication.

Oh gosh @DirtyGertiefromno30that is a shock. And esp when someone is so healthy. Does make you think and reassess. Your poor friend. Glad she is on meds for it.

£10.55 today on a swim session for me and DD tomorrow.
Went out with a friend for lunch who I haven't seen for 8 years. Was so lovely to catch up. He paid bless him despite my protests. I have made him promise to meet up again so I can pay next time.
I have to say, I ordered a salad. Got a small pizza brought out. I ate it as I didn't want to make a fuss but now very full.... But. I added the total up from menu and it came to around £40. The bill was £61! For a small pizza. A salad and two cups of tea. Friend paid and took a receipt. I hope he checks it as I came back to office and with the menu online readded it up. Still came to £40 odd.
Anyway.
Got salad for dinner to use bits up before shop tomorrow.

I know @Frugal25it was such a shock for her and me 😱. Honestly a more healthy living lifestyle person l have yet to meet ! Ah thank you re my mum she fell asleep with a smile on her face because l had just done her nails bless her heart ❤️.

Don't worry about the cost l am sure he would have paid double to catch up with you after 8 years sweetheart 🤗
