At a service station on the M1 yesterday it was £1.90!! I know service stations are more expensive but that was crazy!
I'm keeping up with whenever I do a longer journey filling up afterwards so luckily I didn't need any!

£6.05 today on milk and odd bits as I didn’t fancy today’s planned supper. Will roll it over. I seem to want a break part way through the week so should probably plan for it.

Glad your mum is ok @DirtyGertiefromno30. Found out a little about the EU app currently it only works for Portugal and Sweden. It allows you to pre(?) register for the new system (that I’m not sure is actually up and running at St Pancras). Had to read your post twice I read that you had a poop with your friend and thought well that took an unexpected turn. Thank you for the new thread. Hoping I might have some mischief and antics for it.

One thing the last few years has taught me @BigSkies2022 is that if there’s something legal you need to do it will cost money. Can you repurpose a plan from another life? Maybe the estate agent advert?

Strolled into town today and was overdressed for the sun. I could see my breath when I went out in the morning so that took me by surprise. This week is going quickly.

Yesterday was 99p box of matches to light the candles. Or would have been a NSD

Today I bought some 100% cotton bedding from Vinted, bit of a bargain with five matching cushions. £40 but made £6.40 on Vinted selling things.

We have cleaners 2 x hours every fortnight. Makes a huge difference and frees up time for me to save money elsewhere.

Not keeping up v well - will move to new thread in next few days. Need a new username until I find a one that I feel is me! Or if not I'll just keep this one.

I'm the same @RumBananaSundae I find I often don't want tonight's dinner so swap it or buy something else.

Cat rehoming centre called me. A cat was brought in and had 5 kittens. Did I want 2? I said yes although said I was also happy having an older cat If they had one. They aren't ready yet so we have to wait and be checked out first to ensure they are happy with my home set up. They should be. I've had cats my whole life. Haven't told DD yet. She will be thrilled.

£102 in lidl. A big shop as cooking absolutely everything from scratch these days. Missed the too good to waste boxes by 60 secs. Drats.

£8 on a swimming costume as mine came apart this week.
