We are still on tax credits, received the other payments but not this one yet. Wondering if it is late or we are not eligible? Any one know? Thanks

It isn't late until after the 22nd of February.

Tax credits dates are from the 16th to the 22nd.

It all seems really random. Had to visit a food bank for the first time today. At least I'll be okay for another week.

It is random. It's the only fair way to do it

I had a nil payment on the 12th of November but had a payment of £100 in December on the 12th as part of my universal credit payment, will I receive the col as it does say the 12th of dec I got paid it

I was entitled to universal credit at this time but my payment was zero in a November due to wages from last job falling in assessment period, will I still get the payment? I got UC in December as no wages? Have since restarted work so got a zero payment in January. Not worried if I get it or not, but nice to know.

I believe you have to be entitled to £1 or more of universal credit in the month before the payment is due so for this one January) in order to receive the payment

You needed to have an assessment date that ended between 13 November 2023 to 12 December 2023 to be eligible for this one. So your assessment date was the 5th December if you got paid on 12th December. The 5th December falls between the eligibility dates, so you will get the payment.

This is not true. The dates for eligibility were 13th November - 12th December 2023.

So even tho I had a nil Payment in November that doesn’t mean I won’t get it ? But yes I had a payment from them on 12th of December the following month

Your payment date isn't what counts. It's your assessment dates that count. If you were paid on 12th December, your assessment date must have been the 5th December? That means you get the COLP because your assessment date was within the dates stated.

Still waiting here . UC not TC

I had my UC money go in today. But no cost of living. I’m wondering if anyone still thinks I’ll get as I got paid on the 12th of dec But had nil as my statement in November. I was told I would still receive

The window is until 22nd February, so there's time yet.
