Hello,
This is the Enhanced Review Team contacting you about your claim to Universal Credit. We believe you are not entitled to receive Universal Credit because we have doubts about the legitimacy of your claim. Accordingly, we have suspended payment of your Universal Credit. To resolve this doubt on your claim to Universal Credit please contact 0800 328 5644 and ask to speak to the Enhanced Review Team. If we do not hear from you by 24/11/2023, your claim will be closed.
Thank you

has anyone had this and know how long it takes or what it’s about? Had today and I’m concerned how I’m going to pay rent/feed children

Well our phone calls got cancelled in the end. 75 minutes after DH should have had his. They've been rescheduled for the 5th.

hi
did you get everything sorted and how long did it take? i’ve just had this message and it’s made me feel poorly xx

Desirebox · 27/01/2024 17:35

Hello
I had this message too, and now i need to provide evidence about my housing my ID and my children. The same documents than you. But I wonder they can verify the document with the school or obtain this information directly? Its only curiosity.

Here is there job description it’s shouldn’t be upto them what you exactly deserve every one should receive the same they are trying to use inhumane policies that will leave people robed and stressed out people who pay taxes should decide where the money goes not stupid people in the Jobcentre abusing there little bit of power I pay taxes and if that’s how there treating people who need the help by defraud and tactics to swindle and decide what they get it’s already set what they get not upto any one in the Jobcentre

Here’s what they are doing there it’s a new team of people especially designed to cause problems with legal claims by blocking stalling suspension tactics been admitted by an employe of dwp and it’s to raise people’s mental health state it’s left people in some very bad situations this year

Call lasted 15 mins.

Information now required (which I have any way) within 2 weeks:

  1. Picture of passport
  2. Picture of passport with with my face
  3. Tenancy agreement
  4. Council tax bill
  5. Children’s passports
  6. Picture of kids passports with my face
  7. Letter from childcare provider
  8. Invoices for the childcare provider 3 months
  9. Bank statements for last 3 months for the payments to childcare provider
10. NHS or GP letter

The lady seemed ok!

Hope it helps calm someone 😇

I always wonder. What happens to people
who don’t have passports. So me personally I don’t drive or fly so I don’t have a passport or a full drivers license. Guess they would struggle with someone like that.

Hi guys, I’m new here I’m just wondering if anyone could shed some light? I’m on UC have children. I received a message on my journal saying I had a ‘review’ and the phone call would be next week. I needed to send is 1 months bank statements which I have done. BUT it also asked for my partners bank statements too? I don’t have a partner, have never had a joint claim always been a single claim, I’m really worried about this? Has anyone else had this on a single claim? I’m really anxious.
thank you so much xxx

They just saying wait for them to call you within working day nobody is calling me they making fun of me and this is what happened I don’t even know the reason why they suspended my payment does anyone knows what can I do about this is nearly 1 year since they suspended my payment 🙁
