Menu plan for the forthcoming days
- chickpea, tomato and spinach curry.
- roast chicken.
- tagine (veg and lamb)
- veggie and three bean chilli.
- pasta and roast veg
- veggie lasagna
- tomato dhal
- sausage, egg, tomato.
- some form of soup.
I've bought a ham joint for sandwiches for DH and DS (he's got some summer work in the unit next door to us)
I've got the shop to about £140. That's a 'from scratch' and back from holiday kind of shop. Four adults and all meals. Would be cheaper if there was no meat.
I've started making my own hummus, that's super easy and cheap and far less plastic wastage overall.
