Thanks fluffy
Yes em 5 hours is sleeping through Hmm

Meadow I had to go on drip for ketosis after I had vomiting bug while pregnant with ds

Lilly glad you think so sometimes I think I'd be better off lurking when the thread gets away on me
Snuggly I'm not a teary person but I'm tired & the time change definitely affected me this time

ememem84 · 30/10/2017 18:22

Leftover roast chicken roasted garlic and broad bean risotto for dinner. It’s ready. Dh has not left work yet. Sigh.

I’ve updated our budget spreadsheet.

AdoraBell · 30/10/2017 18:33

Spent 8 pounds today, boots needed reheeling.

DH bought coffees. We need loft insulation, worked out it's cheaper in B&Q with their current offer, so that will bought later this week. Had very late lunch, at home, so dinner probably won't be needed.

needastrongone · 30/10/2017 18:39

It's cool Laska, sciatica is shite.

That wine deal at M&S works out at £3.75 a bottle. If I knew it would still be there at Christmas I would order more.

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/10/2017 18:43

Sorry you are having a rough time laska.

I'm tearful when stressed and tired. Round about sometime soon the way my life is at the minute.

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/10/2017 18:43

Need I think the sainsbury wine offer is on at the minute too

needastrongone · 30/10/2017 18:50

You okay life? Just a short term blip? X

LonelyOversharer · 30/10/2017 18:58

I didn't buy a new rake (was just about to), but had to get fuel as dp is skint, he usually buys it. £25 with sweeties for all. I had a cadbury fudge. Yum. They still taste like childhood too. We have found a container to rent for storage. £80 ppm. Better than the £150ppm storage unit 18 miles from home. This is just 6 away. Will lose my £20 deposit, but save £70 a month on rent. Hopefully we won't need it long will be years

I've joined a 30 day shred/1200 cals for november thread. I may be very sore and grumpy soon. But my weight has crept up again. She types while eating a chocolate orange.

Had a good tea, deep fried kfc stylee chicken, roast whole baby potaties and chanteray carrots. Bribed ds to sit at the table by putting Dan sodding tdm on the telly.

Fluffycloudland77 · 30/10/2017 19:07

Life I'm sorry. It's a very stressful time of year.

Beefeater gin is £14 in morrisons. £4 cash back on checkout smart Wink

It's £17 usually.

This year my wrapping theme is frugal. Brown parcel paper from wilko & red ribbon.

Fluffycloudland77 · 30/10/2017 19:09

Cashback ends midnight tomorrow, also on quidco clicksnap.

WreckTangled · 30/10/2017 19:27

Mammy we would miss you if you only lurked.* You’re not allowed.*

Ds is fast asleep next to me but I’m too cosy to leave (yes I still lie with him until he’s asleep even though he doesn’t need me to, it’s just nice Smile)

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/10/2017 19:38

Yeah I'm fine. I'm just stick of arseholes.

SnugglySnerd · 30/10/2017 19:43

Thanks everyone. I hope we get more sleep tonight. We are all suffering from the time change and I don't think I'm handling it very well.

WreckTangled · 30/10/2017 20:00

Snuggly it’s a long time ago since mine were babies but iirc it was such a tricky age! Especially from about 4pm until dh came home, even worse now the clocks have changed.**

OP posts:
Cagliostro · 30/10/2017 20:01

It's really unsettling TBF, the change in sunlight available just throws you out and with kids as well... argh.

Life Thanks

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 30/10/2017 20:13

I agree with you all about the clock change, it def throws me out a lot more going back. Dd still not well, headache and slight temp so will probably still be off school tomos. I checked my temp which was slightly up as well, this is the bug that just keeps on giving it seems Hmm

Snuggly hormones? When I find myself crying randomly its almost always hormones and/or tiredness.

Hope you are o.kay Laska sciatica is bloody awful Flowers

Life yep me to, hope you are o.kay as well.

Cagliostro · 30/10/2017 20:37

Kicked butt at University Challenge today. One of the answers I knew because of MN - "mansplaining" :o

We've unpacked the play mat and bouncy chair for DD2. This tiny person is taking over the house!

Should probably do the Tesco order.

needastrongone · 30/10/2017 20:40

I'm sick of arseholes too life, there's too many, everywhere. They can really piss you off if not in the mood.

ememem84 · 30/10/2017 20:57

Arseholes. Everywhere. Eugh.

I answered 90% of the questions on university challenge. I imagine I got about 5% right. Music and mainsplaining and some of the pictures.

ememem84 · 30/10/2017 22:09

We gave Ds a bath earlier. Used Johnson’s bedtime bath stuff. Mannn it’s powerful. I’m almost crashed out here.

Before bathtime Ds also smiled. His first proper smile. He burped while in the bath and smiled after it (that’s my boy!!)

Catface is in trouble. She’s chewed the plug in ds’ fold up bath....

Cagliostro · 30/10/2017 22:17

Awww baby smiles! Yay!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 30/10/2017 22:19
