Was your period affected by COVID-19 vaccination?

Has anyone's periods been affected by taking the jab? Just got my first one and a couple of people shared that their periods were delayed by a week for several cycles.

Two times in the month after second vaccine and much lighter now than they were before. That could be other reasons (I'm 44) but I wonder.

Yes, much much heavier, to the point where I'm now under investigation for the flooding and pain.

Yes! After my 2nd jab my next 3 cycles were 36 days apart (have been 29 days apart for the whole time. Never been a day out!) My cycles went back to 29 days eventually however I've my booster last month and this period was a week and a half late!!

I wish I waited to have my booster as I've planned stuff in January/February around my period! Spa days, hot tub weekend etc.

First time I was 3 weeks late, the 2 boosters I was a week early and very heavy, followed by a very light short one 3 weeks later both times.

Yes, no impact after 2 az jabs but had moderna booster a day following period lasted 3 weeks

I was 5 days later after Moderna booster. Had Oxford for first 2 and was fine.

Yes. My first jab (Pfizer) knocked my cycle about. Really late straight after jab and then a couple of very long, light periods. I honestly thought it was peri menopause until I heard about the other potential impact of the vaccine. After second jab, the following period was light and long too and then they went back to normal. I know a number of friends who have found it’s messed up their cycle

Yes. Not with the first two but after my booster my period came 12 days early and lasted for over 3 weeks. Not particularly heavy but very clotty, muddy brown gunk, and seemed to go on and on. All my vaccines were Pfizer. My next period is due in about a week and no signs yet, thank goodness. I was worried that I'd be early again. I have never had a period like it in my 37 years of having them. Most unpleasant!

I got extra periods Hmm
Really long ones with hardly a gap between them, and lots of spotting if I did get a decent gap. I had moderna. I’ve not had the booster.

My husband was just talking to me about this and mentioned Robert Malone discussed the side effects and issues with periods and menstrual cycles quite a lot in his Joe Rogan interview. Apparently there was very little research done on the effects on the ovaries and menstrual cycle because it was rushed through so quickly. I'm going to have a listen to it myself soon because this is one of the issues that worries me about the vaccine.

Yes approx a month after my second one I had a strange cycle with mid cycle bleeding on and off for two weeks then a really heavy and cloth period. Everything ok since.

Yes, for a couple of months after both of mine! Periods were very late and lighter than usual (but longer - at least 4 days of brownish discharge at the end, which isn't normal for me).

I've had perfectly regular, predictable periods for very many years. This definitely wasn't normal variation for me.

My partners changed. She got cramps more than normal & it was very heavy.

Was quite worrying to be honest as it didn't seem it would settle back but did after about 4 months.

Yes. After first vax my cycles were to pot, and after booster had a couple of slightly longer cycles. After having covid a third time my cycle was 29 days instead of 26.

It is an immune response, just like many vaccines cause cycles to change slightly.
Your ovulation is delayed so your period comes a bit later
