How long do you think the WFH message will last?

Just curious... I massively prefer it and feel just as productive as home, if not more...

I agree that's a manager problem and not a WFH problem.

Hopefully it’ll be scrapped soon, it’s become an excuse to do as little as possible in our workplace

@Oblomov22

Hope it's not here to stay for all. It's fine if you are introvert and hate commuting. Not good for young people, trainees, extroverts.
I’m an introvert and I can assure you I hate it.

I live alone and actually like most of my colleagues. It’s so much better for my mental and physical health to go to the office at least some days.

Again, you have a management problem there, not a wfh one.

Interesting. Lots of companies and organisations report increased productivity.

I have wfh since long before the pandemic with just the odd day here or there in the office. My team were mainly office based but are now wfh converts. We have completed some of our biggest projects ever through the past two years with all of us wfh and many of us with young children home during the lockdowns.

I have always said that those claiming people dont do any work while wfh are those that are that way inclined themselves and so project this on to others.

I sat through a presentation a few months ago at work on NPI's and it was stated that wfh is the single most effective NPI during the pandemic due to the reduction in commuting.
