Does this look like a genuine LFT taken within the time frame? I've never seen a positive one in real life to know myself

@HoldenCaulfieldismyhomeboy it's sad isn't it. Kids deserve the best

@Eternallyfrazzled the last message I sent said that it's best he pursue access legally and get it set up properly if he wants to.
I haven't taken this decision lightly, he's had more lives than a cat with the chances he's had.

the nhs don't use the wording your test has come back positive.

It either says your coronavirus lateral flow test result is positive or your coronavirus pcr or other lab test result is positive.
They also use capital letters.

NinaDefoe · 05/01/2022 18:46

Well this is going to make things difficult for employers.
No PCR needed with a positive LF.
Unless you have symptoms.
Isolation still required with positive LF test.

no more difficults for employers than people being able to self cert for 28 days.

Lindy2 · 05/01/2022 19:49

DD had a grey test line like that on a test in her room. I rushed her off for a PCR which was negative. Apparently she'd been experimenting with things like apple juice and cola in the test droplet area. Confused

Based on previous evidence and now this I'm confident he's trying to pull a fast one again.
I've really appreciated so many replies, thank you

That doesn't look real to me. Mine was a dark pink and thicker than that

sunflowerroses · 05/01/2022 20:10

My name did have capitals. Interesting what people are saying about lateral flow and PCR messages.

I reported both my lateral flow positive and obviously PCR. The code in the text with the wording above was the same as the lateral flow code I got in the first message after reporting it before PCR results back.

That looks drawn on with pen!
Just read through the updates and clearly a lie what he has done. How horrible.

It shocks me less each time something happens.
One time he sent me a photo of an emergency situation in front of him meaning he was trapped and couldn't come for the kids.
It didn't sit right so I reverse searched the image and it was from a local news report a few days before.
It blows my mind

I'm so sorry your kids have such an asshole for a father. My kids are in the same position, sadly, and chose to stop seeing him a few years back.

I bet your kids are amazing and anyone would be lucky to spend time with them Flowers

Sux2Buthen · 06/01/2022 09:20

Thank you @kittensinthekitchen they are amazing Smile
It's his loss
