Has anyone actually tested negative on day 6 and 7?

My day 6 and 7 is Wednesday and Thursday. I tested a very strong immediate positive last week and now they’re very slow and faint but definitely positive still.

Missed out on Christmas Day and lots of family time with my toddler and partner. Really hoping I can get New Year’s Day with family.

Do faint positives mean the virus is sort of on its way out…? Has anyone tested negative on day 6/7?

Obviously no idea but suspected I has that new variant as symptoms have been a mild-moderate cold.

Faint positive on day 9 here. Not tested since as still in 90 days. Daily Lfts due to a close contact, but first positive lft wasn't until after pcr and was faint. So wouldn't have had an early release.

Nope. Ds was at least day 11, possibly day 13

My husband and I were both positive on day 9, negative again only on day 10.

No. Negative on days nine and ten. I got a few extra hours of freedom. Made all the difference as it was Christmas Day!

My friend tested negative after 3 days and continued to test for another 3 days and was negative

DS1 was negative on Day 6 and Day 7.

DS2 was positive on Day 6 and we'll find out about Day 7 tomorrow.

DS2 was more ill than DS1( nothing serious) , so I'm not surprised he's taking longer to recover. He's also unvaccinated due to age whereas his brother has had one dose.

All my LFTs have been negative, despite a positive PCR, so I feel obliged to do the 10 days just in case.

I even had a negative LFT on the same day I took a PCR which came back positive 😂

My DD started showing as negative on her lft from day 5

Still positive today. Will try again tomorrow. So bored and need to get out.

Yes, all of us in the household tested negative on days 6 and 7 (and 8, just to make sure)
