Two days of positive lft

As the title says, I have had two lft tests over two days, waiting now for pcr result. My questions are:

1 what is the chance my pcr is negative

2 if pcr is negative, will it cancel out the isolation the lft has started?

3 How long has your postal test turnaround been? Mine is show as delivered at 9am this morning.

So many people are testing positive on lft and negative on pcr at the moment, so odd.
