No explanation needed. Just a yes or no.

For me it's a hard NO.

OP posts:
ThesecondLEM · 19/12/2021 02:31

Nope

Rocaille · 19/12/2021 02:35

No.

GreenWhiteViolet · 19/12/2021 02:43

No.

I'll voluntarily cut down social contact if I decide it's sensible. Not going to abide by the letter of 'the rules'.

Ariann · 19/12/2021 02:50

Yes

RobertaFirmino · 19/12/2021 03:00

@ShinyHappyPoster

Yes. The "optional" approach to collective responsibility is just going to make it last longer.
This is why I'm a Yes as well. I don't want to but I will for the greater good.
StarryNightSky26 · 19/12/2021 03:17

No.

I'll respect others who want to abide by it. I'll wear my mask and stay away from strangers in the supermarket.

But only going for one walk a day, not inviting my family over for dinner, not allowing the dc to have a friend over...no, never again.

OzziePopPop · 19/12/2021 03:23

Yes, I’m CEV so I feel I have no choice but to shield again now. Sadly.

RunRunGingerbreadMan · 19/12/2021 03:27

Sadly yes. I really don't want one but I wouldn't want to risk my family and we couldn't afford a big fine.

AlwaysLatte · 19/12/2021 03:34

Yes

Gargellen · 19/12/2021 04:01

Yes. Until people get vaccinated and comply we will never get out of this mess. Treatment for cancer is being delayed as a result FFS.

Youaremypenguin · 19/12/2021 04:15

I will not isolate from my family again. We've already discussed this and we will take the risk. I will continue to look out for my neighbours and we all help each other out when isolating. I don't need to go out to pubs etc. I really like to but it's not a need and I'm already avoiding.

I don't think large indoor venues shouldn't be open. Pantomimes are Omicron heaven 🙈.

@Gargellen if the government can't even comply with their own rules why would you expect others too?

Yes treatment for other illnesses has been stopped but even with every one jabbed covid is not going away. Time we just took with it.

Depends if they shut schools and children's activities to be honest. If they do, then yes. I can't bear the thought of that happening again.
