How did you feel after your Moderna booster?

I had mine tonight. I have a busy work day tomorrow. Is there a chance I might feel rubbish? I felt terrible after my first AZ vaccine!

Fine with my Az's, Moderna felt like i'd been punched in the arm and then the next day felt fluey and achy all over. Didn't feel bad enough to have to go to bed though.

Moderna booster after 2 x AZ

Awful side effects from AZ but Moderna was very mild: mild headache, bit tired, sore arm (less than AZ), lymph node under collarbone was painful but only for a few days, I did break into sweats randomly for a few days but didn’t feel unwell with them, they were just odd. If I hadn’t known I’d had a jab and been alert to side effects, I probably wouldn’t have given half of them a second thought.

I had the 2 x AZ mid menstrual cycle and the booster on day 2, so did wonder if hormone levels have an effect on the strength of the side effects?

Has mine 2 days ago I feel rotten!!

2 x Pfizer then Moderna booster - no side effects at all from any of them except a sore arm.

I did feel shivery and dizzy when I got home the day of the Moderna booster but it turned out the shiveriness was on account of the frezzing weather and the dizziness on account of being out and about for 8 hours without eating. Inhaled a block of cheese and felt right as rain.

2 x AZ with zero side effects. Not even a sore arm. Moderna booster 2 days ago. Yesterday I had a fever, aches and pains and very tired. Today a bit of an upset stomach, headache and still tired. Arm very sore first day, now just warm and a bit swollen and sore to the touch. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Glad I got it a week before Christmas so plenty of time to recover.

I had Moderna booster on Friday (after 2x AZ). I had a painful arm on Friday, on Saturday I felt like I had flu - shivery, aching muscles, couldn’t get warm and swollen, watery eyes (which I assume is conjunctivitis and probably a coincidence!) Today I still have a slight headache and still have swelling around my eyes, although the watering has stopped. I felt a bit rough after the first AZ, but it wasn’t as bad as this.

AstraZeneca, AstraZeneca, Moderna. Little bit meh after #1, other than that just sore arm after #1 and #3.

Posted earlier on the thread, just adding that my arm is more sore after the Moderna booster than the previous Pfizer jabs, but still functional!

Slightly sore arm.

Very very mild flu-type symptoms: a bit shivery and achey all over. I hardly noticed them and probably wouldn't have noticed them at all if I'd been busy. Didn't even bother to take a paracetamol.

Moderna booster after 2x AZ. Very sore arm, that night I felt cold and was up nearly every hour in the night either freezing or warm. Then felt generally poorly the next day. Then absolutely fine.

Exactly this to the word. Too hot/cold first night (every hour, exhausting!) and then second day felt rubbish all day, second night-time I sweated more than I ever thought possible and had to to change all my clothes in the night.

My arm really hurt the evening and day after I had it. It hurt way more than AZ. I couldn’t lift my arm above shoulder height.

Felt fine otherwise.

2 AZ then moderna booster yesterday.
Swollen injection site, incredibly sore arm, nausea,, vomiting, upset stomach, headache, then tingling lips, swollen tongue, rash on arm and throat.
Taken paracetamol and antihistamine, feeling bit better - it is manageable but I’m so over feeling crappy.

I have multiple allergic reactions to many medications and other things, so was expecting some sort of reaction, and had been prepared by my doctor.

Have had terrible insomnia since my moderna booster- anyone else?

2xAZ, then Moderna last week. Sore arm for a few days. Then had flu jab on Saturday and felt exhausted for 3 days.....
