Ha @FinallyFluid

Oops. 10pm Tuesday. Honestly my stress levels this week mean I don't know what day it is 😬😂

Silkiescatz · 22/09/2021 14:44

Dhs were around 24 hours from posting, posted am. Mine posted for 5.30pm collection Monday, still waiting results.

girlmom21 · 22/09/2021 14:47

It was about 48 hours for us.

talkalarm · 22/09/2021 19:17

Are the Monday people still waiting? Posted ours early Tuesday - it's driving me insane waiting

TheGriffle · 22/09/2021 19:22

Dh posted his Saturday afternoon just before last pick up and got his result Monday morning around 6.30am

Nsws2015 · 22/09/2021 19:40

@talkalarm mine was posted Monday pm and just had the results this evening about 7pm finally...negative so back to school he goes tomorrow 🥳

Alfiemoon1 · 22/09/2021 19:45

I am stressing I’ve just had an email reminding me to do the test and sent it straight back i sent it priority Mail yesterday lunch time

Alfiemoon1 · 22/09/2021 19:46

My son can’t go back to college until he gets a negative test

Silkiescatz · 22/09/2021 19:48

Still waiting here though DD is already positive and I have every symptom going despite double vaccination. So fairly certain it should be positive though DH took it out of my throat after about half a second so not sure we did it properly. Ours was posted around 5.25pm on Monday with 5.30pm collection, Mon collection sign was still there so think didn't miss it. Think they may be very busy at the moment with all the back to school covid.

talkalarm · 22/09/2021 20:06

Thanks @Nsws2015 - Really hoping ours come through the night

We've just got my son's from Monday morning back at about 7pm, negative thankfully.
PastMyBestBeforeDate · 22/09/2021 20:16

60 hours last week.

DigitalGhost · 22/09/2021 20:30

I did one for my daughter last weekend and it took 3 days. West Yorkshire

Ilovechocolatetoomuch · 22/09/2021 20:32

Posted ours 6:30p.m last night results came through 8p.m this eve. We are in Hampshire.

talkalarm · 22/09/2021 21:02

I can't believe the differences in times! It's shocking and really not ok!

Silkiescatz · 22/09/2021 21:54

Just got mine back.

EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall · 22/09/2021 21:56

@Alfiemoon1 I had the same email this morning. Mine was posted back yesterday morning

EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall · 22/09/2021 21:57

I won't be doing one again unless school ask me too, not when all the other kids are in coughing away and only doing lfts

hartof · 22/09/2021 22:06

Did you register it on the hob website? I posted one without doing this (didn't read instructions) and had to call them after 3 days

EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall · 22/09/2021 23:04

Yep as soon as it arrived

talkalarm · 22/09/2021 23:16

@EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall @Alfiemoon1

That's just a generic email, you get it as standard (if you read through it will say ignore it if you've already sent it)

Alfiemoon1 · 22/09/2021 23:46

Just got an email ds test is negative so back to college tomorrow hallelujah lol

Wagedogsbody · 23/09/2021 08:02

Posted Monday Lunch time 20th arrived at test centre 9pm that night...still waiting. Honestly I will never use the postal Home kits again the drive through results come in much more quickly in my experience (less than 24hrs for rest of family and friends in the area NE). The waiting is so stressful for my son.

FinallyFluid · 23/09/2021 10:29

@FinallyFluid

Posted 20th

Received PCR people 21st

Will let you know.

Woke up to a NEGATIVE, which I could have told them.

What a palaver.

Frostie29 · 23/09/2021 11:29

Still waiting my son’s results that we sent off Monday PM. Testing an 11 month old was traumatic and he’s now recovered from the cough but still can’t go to nursery! This is our first PCR test and I had no idea it would take this long. Fingers crossed for results today 🤞🏻
