@Peteycat I'm required to follow workplace rules, if part of h&s assessment, yes. Unlikely to get to the sacking stage, but you talk as if you don't understand how workplaces operate in the UK.

I understand if a workplace implements h & s rules, I understand that there has to be some in regards to covid. However, trying to ban talking in lifts is extreme and bonkers.
