Do we have to isolate again? Positive case in household

DD (5) got her positive Covid result, symptoms started on Friday. DH and I had it recently - his isolation ended a week ago, mine ended on Wednesday. Do DH and I now have to isolate again? How quickly can you re-catch it, could we catch it again from DD so soon? Sad

@hellcatspangle

There is no way I would isolate again a few days after after having covid, no matter what the rules state (and I'm generally very well behaved!)
nor would I.
