If you saw someone come out after getting the Covid jab get a seizure and collapse?
My sister went to get hers and saw that.. I told her I would’ve walked out after seeing that 😬

It would have freaked me out, but who is to say they weren’t having an allergic reaction, they regularly have seizures etc

I fainted after getting the rubella vaccination.

It doesn’t mean the vaccine isn’t safe.

What does running away achieve? It may have been an allergic reaction or something completely unrelated. 45 million people in the U.K. have had the jab. Side effects are very rare. And long covid is nasty. It's a no brainier.

If you are already very anxious to be there, then you can be in a state of hypervigilance. The slightest thing can have you turn tail and flee.

If you are fine being there, then I would not expect you to understand.

I'd have lingered around for a bit and if subsequent people walked out okay, I would have mine. They probably had an allergic reaction which is why those jabbed are asked to wait there for 15 minutes I think. To be fair , I fainted when I had a coil put in. It's just as well the reception staff at my then GP surgery had cake and tea ready for me once i regained consciousness

I'd have left. Completely irrational, but humans mostly are.

A friends husband was one of the first cases of the bleed on the brain after the AZ vaccine. He has in hospital for 6 weeks having brain surgery while the government were still reporting zero cases of blood clot reactions in the U.K He survived but will be significantly affected for the rest of his life. Not a cats chance in hell I was having the AZ vaccine, even though I rationally know that there's a vanishingly small chance it would have affected me the same way.

Humans aren't rational.

The person could have been epileptic. Hell my dd had a seizure on a hot day as a teenager. No reason other than that.

Happened to me in Sainbury too. A poor lady had a seizure right in front of me. Turned out she gad a brain tumour. Very sad.

I wouldn’t walk away. There’s a good chance they were epileptic and stress/heat could have been a trigger.

I would still have it. I understand the rare side effects and know millions of people have safely been vaccinated.

When I had my 2nd last week, two people had to lie down on the floor during the 15 minute observation as they felt unwell. It was a bit strange to see but there were also lots of us with no ill effects at all who didn't need medical assistance so really it's just one of those things that can happen but very likely won't.

My 18 fit and well …collapsed after her jab! Very embarrassing for her probably freaked a few people out - as they wouldn’t have known what was up with her as she got carried off to a side room!
It was due to nerves and anxiety as she other than her HPV jab hadn’t experienced it and doesn’t help with all the stories of being ill after the jab!
Within half hour she was fine and going home!

The place I got mine had a one was system and you couldnt see anyone coming out as the entrance and exit are seperate.

Dbro saw a man collapsing at the waiting room.

Dsis saw someone she thinks had an allergic reaction (complaining of heat, turning red, scratching and the health professionals taking her away ASAP), both have their second dose booked. Both siblings only had arm pain for a few hours.

If the workers there handled the situation really well, why would you leave? Dsis said it increased her confidence that efficient workers were there, ready to help if needs be.

I work at a vaccine centre. We havea few fainters- anxiety normally

In the time we have been doing it, we have never had anyone fit. Iwonder how many epilepics we have had through? I have no idea.

All the fainters have recoverd and gone hiome after half an hour or so.

Of course I would still have got it. I have no history of seizures or allergies to medicines. For all you know they had epilepsy and it had nothing to do with the vaccine

I'd still get it, because I'd assume that they had a history of seizures/allergies and I know that it wouldn't happen to me because I don't have a history of those things.
