Pfizer vaccine - did you have side effects?

My neck is agony, on the left side (injection in long left arm)

Also feel very tired, foggy headed and nauseous. But it's mostly the neck pain that is bothering me.

Has anyone else had this?

Headache, sore arm.

Sore arm for 1 day.

Lethargy, flu like symptoms, loss of appetite, like a horse kicked me in the arm

Lasted 24 hours. No neck pain though.

Extreme fatigue, could hardly lift my head afterwards

Had it late yesterday afternoon.

Sore arm started a few hours later, worse this morning. Seems to be be getting better now.

Nothing else So far! Fingers crossed it stays that way.

In general looking at threads on here it seems side effects are worse with the AZ vaccine

Sore arm, and gland came up in neck on same side which was quite sore for a couple of days. I can still feel it but it's painless now. It's on the list of side effects but not sure how long it's supposed to last.

I had it yesterday morning, slight sore arm around injection site but that's it

Arm felt heavy Day 1 and Day 2. Diarrhoea on Day 2. Feeling very tired and have just woken from a couple of hour nap, Day 6.

Don't know if neck pain is a common reaction, I don't think so. Keep an eye on it. Check if glands are swelling. Follow the guidance in What To Expect leaflet.

Still got the sore arm 2 days on, my lower back has been / is very painful. Had a slight fever I think last night. Very sleepy and had a headache/ stiff neck.

Thanks all. The neck pain is bothering me a bit, it's not something I've heard of anyone else having. I can't drive like it, look left or right , up or down.

Had it yesterday afternoon. Sore arm overnight and this morning (like I’d overdone the weights in the gym) but that’s gone now. I’ve been feeling a bit shivery and cold this evening, so just had a bath to warm up and feel better.

Minor arm ache with first dose, then fever, aching, hot and cold and generally unwell for 36 hours after 2nd dose (am NHS) plus sore red arm for 5days - reaction to 2nd dose very common at work and felt to be a good thing that immune system is reacting.

After second dose, felt ropey in the evening and next day had a temp of 38plus all day and felt awful - couldn't be bothered even to tap on kindle
Wore off over the next 24 hours

Had mine yesterday, Pfizer, I have a sore arm today and I've had a headache, but happy to have had the vaccine!

Achey arm and a slightly elevated heart rate for a few days.

Nothing at all.

Hi OP, sorry that you're feeling a bit rubbish. Perhaps the neck pain is unrelated ? It sounds like a stiff neck. It's horrible. You have my sympathy. Maybe you've tried already but I would urge wrapping something warm around you neck. It will really help.

I had my jab over 48 hours ago and so far have had a headache on and off and a slight sore arm. I've also had crippling anxiety, to the point I could not breathe properly. But I don't think that was the vaccine. That's just all me and my nervousness about it.

Arm felt quite sore for a few days. 36hrs after jab I had extreme fatigue lasting for a couple of days. Still feel more tired than normal 2 weeks on

I had neck pain too, and felt like I had the flu. Went in 36-48 hours.
