Welcome all. I'm sad that many of us are still here but at least we have each other. The other thread is full, hence this new one.

Welcome anyone else who is struggling with a long recovery from COVID. They're a supportive lot, here.

Hi everyone, I’m new to this, but I tested positive at the very beginning of May, symptoms started end of April. DH had it first (not tested) but hardly any symptoms.
Whilst I was poorly, my ten year old also had a fever and a day on the couch but wasn’t tested, I think it was safe to assume he had it too. Anyway these last few days my sense of smell has gone really weird again, I’ve got a horrid taste in my mouth and I keep smelling burning or a beefy smell. My son also seems poorly today and has gone to bed crying with a headache. This is exactly how he was back when I and he had it.
Is it a relapse or have we caught it again? I’m feeling terrified. I do seem to have had a few relapses and a few weeks after I actually rang my gp crying as I felt so run down and fluey.

I’m so anxious all the time.
I’m sorry to hear so many of you are struggling too.
