According to my scale, 20lb in the last six weeks (14lb of which in the last 2 weeks.) I knew I'd been overeating and could feel I'd gained weight, but totally shocked that it's that much. 
I've been really down during this whole lockdown period and comfort eating/drinking. I keep kicking myself as lockdown could have been the perfect opportunity to lose weight, not gain it! Ah well, I suppose what's done is done
