Yes!!! I am spending about £130 at Ocado weekly and £100 at Sainsbury's click and collect.
My way of dealing with the anxiety regarding health and also filling spare time is to buy really good quality, organic (where need be) produce and making delicious meals from them.
Nutritious and variety are the two words driving everything.
I won't go to the local markets anymore, nor Aldi or B&M or Tesco to top up with cheaper produce (such as almond milk which we drink 1l daily, £1.80 Ocado. Always £1 B&M for example.
This is just for a family of four.
I know it is ridiculous and I am trying to make savings where I can. For example having meat free days.
I am just grateful to be able to afford to do this for now, it may not last if our jobs go.
We were previously spending about £120 per week but then plus school lunches, bought lunches for adults, the odd take away and probably dining out once a week.
We are saving a lot in petrol and general shopping so it's a saving overall and I feel we will be better placed when we get out into the world to fight this thing, due to nutrient rich diet. Who knows, but it is helping me fight off anxiety and has become a focus for me.
