Shielding, slots and food parcels

Does anyone know if it's possible to stop them sending the food parcel while keeping the delivery slots? Do you lose the slots if you re-register as being able to get food on gov.uk?

I have food parcel guilt

We took a huge bagful of stuff we hadn't used to our local food bank today so I'm glad what we're not using is going to someone in need.

My grandparents food box hasn't turned up today either. They are Wiltshire.
