Why aren't the Met Police stopping the public congregating there for the2nd week in a row ??

Take out only chippy place round the corner has crowd of people (over 20) outside every night all night blocking pavement, sitting on parked cars, no social distancing, no one can get past and on busy road. Couple of people in the street have complained about it to local police. Police turned up last night, a mini bus and a car, and they joined the crowd waiting for take out.

Wasn't he the wandered lonely as a cloud guy? Is it cloud or clown? Cause clouds usually have loads of them nearby but clowns have a whole circus, so neither are that lonely I'd have thought?
