Wtf. Mummy, mummy I can smell burning! Mummy hunts up inhaler as already recovering from possible COVID-19 and has had a bad chest for 5 weeks now and this explains the renewed tightness. Who the fuck has a bbq at 10am on Easter Sunday?

We have had q bbq every weekend since lockdown as do many of our neighbours! I dont understand the problem with it? Fires i can understand! Bloody kill joys!

BBQ for breakfast on a sunny weekend isn't that unusual in my experience.

Our BBQ isn't charcoal so doesn't really cause any issue for others anyway but DH often does bacon and sausage on the BBQ when its a warm sunny weekend morning. Keeps the cooking mess to the BBQ rather than the oven.

Lol rule books out the window at the moment.

Having read this thread we are going to have a breakfast bbq next weekend - the kids will love it and it’s a way of making the weekend seem like a weekend for them.
