Ok please don’t flame me for sounding selfish but it’s my OHs 60th in September. We have booked an Airbnb for a month in Spain. It’s been planned for a long time so that family and friends. can come out and stay for a few days/ week, whatever they can . We were so excited about it with us both retiring in the near future. What’s the chances do you think of us still being able to go?

Where on earth have you got 2 years from?! Scaremongering again

I don’t think any holidays abroad or in the U.K. for well over two years

I think it is much too soon to jump to that sort of conclusion.

Whenever things do become freer, industries of all kinds will spring back. It will take time and many individuals won't get jobs back but as a whole industry will come back. It always does. The energy and will people, have to get back out there and be inventive always impresses me.

We had our touring caravan holidays cancelled apart from one at end of August and we have now booked one for October so hope we will be able to go

We are booked for Majorca in July. Paid £500 and final balance due 4th May. I really dont want to pay that as I'm pretty sure it will not happen. I'm thinking just take the hit and lose the £500. If i jist look at it as missing out on the holiday/memories rather than the money.

I really think restrictions into Spain/Italy will be so tight. Spains death toll will be at 10000 soon by the looks of it. Travelling there to holiday and have fun just seems a bit wrong to me right now.
